The room is nice and big, very cool old Berlin style. There is a double bed, a closet, a clothes rack (for hangers), a writing desk and a drawer. The big windows light up the room beautifully.
Trams M10 and M4 both have stops right outside, so for example Warschauer Str. or Alexanderplatz are super easy to reach. Greifswalder Str. S-bahn is 10 minutes walking, and the ring bahn stops there so it's really handy. There are many restaurants and small bars close by (don't miss Gilgamesch, the best arabic food I've had in Berlin). Also there's a Rewe really close and an Edeka and Lidl 10 minutes away. Volkspark Friedrichshein is very close too, great for sports or chilling in the sun.
You would be living with two roommates, Viktor and Bene. They are both germans, studying and working, great guys with a good attitude to life and a good sense of humor. Viktor likes to do thaiboxing on his free time and Bene plays the guitar (really nicely as well!).
Living in the WG is relaxed and nice, everybody has their own schedules but regularly we meet in the kitchen for chatting, cooking or just hanging around.
We clean the common living spaces once a week, everybody does their part.
PLEASE NOTE THE TIMESPAN, 17 DAYS. The rent, 310 e, is for these 17 days.
