Hallo, ich (28 Jahre) vermiete 2 möblierte kleine Zimmer in meiner Wohnung für 480€ warm im Monat + 500€ Kaution, inklusive Strom, Wasser und Internet. Es ist eine wunderschöne sanierte Altbauwohnung und sie befindet sich am Helmholtzplatz im Prenzlauer Berg. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer zur gemeinsamen Nutzung, eine geräumige Küche und ein Wannenbad mit Fenster. Die Zimmer sind ab sofort frei und können flexibel gemietet werden. Die Zimmer sind möbliert. Es befinden sich ein Hochbett, eine Schlafcouch, ein kleiner Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch in den Zimmern. Das eine Zimmer verfügt über keinen direkten Zugang zu einem Fenster. Das andere Zimmer ist sehr Hell und hat ein 1,20m breites Hochbett, dass sehr gut in das Zimmer integriert ist. Zusammen sind die beiden Zimmer ca. 30m²

Hello, I´m 28 old and looking for a flatmate for two small rooms. The price is 480€ per month + 500€ deposit, including, electricity, water and internet. The flat is in a historic house close to the helmholtzplatz in prenzlauer berg. It has a big livingroom, a proper kitchen and a bath with a bathtub. In one room is a bunk bed, sofa bed and a writing desk, and in the other is a wardrobe. The room with the wardrobe has no window. Both rooms together are 30m².
