perfect stay for February to look for a long term stay in the cit<: Only for the month of February 2020. The room is bright, furnished 14 qm and now also has a small desk (current photo will uploaded soon). The room is facing the courtyard, as there is no house opposite there is a nice view of the trees. The bed linen and towels I can also offer, so you dont need to bring anything.
Das Zimmer ist nur im Monat Feburar frei. Das Zimmer ist hell, möbliert, 14 qm und hat mittlerweile auch einen kleinen Schreibtisch (aktuelles Foto wird noch hochgeladen). Das Zimmer ist auf den Hof ausgerichtet, da es kein Haus gegenüber gibt hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Bäume. Die Bettwäsche und auch Handtücher stelle ich auch gerne, ihr braucht also nichts mitzubringen.
The apartment is located at Winsstraße, very centrally located (7 minutes to Alexanderplatz) but is still quiet in a very pleasant neighborhood, supermarkets, small cafes and bars, small shops, restaurants, etc. are all within walking distance.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Winsstraße, sehr zentral gelegen (7 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz) ist aber trotzdem ruhig in einer sehr angenehmen Nachbarschaft, Supermärkte, kleine Cafes und Bars, kleine Geschäfte, Restaurants etc. sind alle Fußläufig zu erreichen.
I live by myself and rent my guest room. It is more of a (nice) purpose-WG, happy if it turns out you drink together a glass of wine in the kitchen. I am happy about a quiet and nice roommate with whom I like to have a conversation but otherwise does her own thing.
Ich wohne alleine und vermiete mein Gästezimmer Es ist eher eine (nette) Zweck-WG, gerne wenn es sich ergibt trinkt man mal gemeinsam ein Glas Wein in der Küche, ansonsten bin ich tagsüber meinst im Büro. Ich freue mich über eine ruhige und nette Mitbewohnerin mit der ich gerne mal Gespräch führe die aber ansonsten ihr eigenes Ding macht.
