Großzügiges Zimmer im schönen Helmholtzkiez! :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in exzellenter Lage, im Szenebezirk Prenzlauer Berg. Vor der Haustür ist eine enorme Vielfalt an Spätis und Restaurants aus aller Welt. Außerdem bist du umgeben von der Kulturbrauerei, dem Helmholtzplatz und dem Mauerpark!

Am Helmholtzplatz sind Tischtennisplatten und ein Court für Fußball und Basketball, wenn du auf sowas Lust hast. Im Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn Sportpark kann man gut joggen gehen. Zum Einkaufen bist du zu Fuß in 30 Sekunden beim Denns (Biomarkt), in einer Minute bei "Nahundgut" (so ein Edeka-Ableger, aber teuer), in ca. fünf Minuten beim großen Rewe in der Kulturbrauerei und in ca. 10 Minuten beim Lidl an der Prenzlauer Allee (da gehen wir eigentlich immer hin).

Fußläufig gehst du in weniger als fünf Minuten zum Nahverkehrsknotenpunkt Eberswalder Straße (U-Bahn-Linie U2, Tram M1, M10 und 12). Außerdem sind die Ringbahnstationen S-Schönhauser Allee und Prenzlauer Alle nicht mehr zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit diesen Verbindungen bist du rasend schnell überall, wo du sein möchtest. Außerdem gibt es hier dutzende Car-, Bike- und Scooter-sharing Angebote vor der Haustür.

The apartment is in an excellent location, in the trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg. On the doorstep is an enormous variety of Spätis and restaurants from all over the world. You are also surrounded by the Kulturbrauerei, Helmholtzplatz and Mauerpark!

At Helmholtzplatz there are ping pong tables and a court for soccer and basketball, if you're into that kind of thing. In the Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn Sportpark you can go jogging. For shopping, you can walk to Denns (organic market) in 30 seconds, to "Nahundgut" (an Edeka offshoot, but expensive) in one minute, to the big Rewe in the Kulturbrauerei in about five minutes and to Lidl on Prenzlauer Allee in about 10 minutes (we always go there).

You can walk to the Eberswalder Straße public transportation hub in less than five minutes (subway line U2, streetcars M1, M10 and 12). In addition, the Ringbahn stations S-Schönhauser Allee and Prenzlauer Alle are less than ten minutes away on foot. With these connections, you'll be everywhere you want to be in no time. In addition, there are dozens of car, bike and scooter sharing offers on the doorstep.

Mein Mitbewohner Tilly (Tilman) ist 25 Jahre alt, hat vor ein paar Jahren seine Ausbildung als Veranstaltungskaufmann abgeschlossen, war danach in Süd- und Lateinamerika auf großer Reise und ist jetzt schon seit einiger Zeit Student. Er studiert er nachhaltiges Management in Eberswalde. Wir beide kennen uns aus der Heimat, haben schon damals zusammen Handball gespielt.

Tilly ist sehr sorgfältig was den Haushalt angeht. Jedoch ist er (Gott sei Dank) nicht streng, wenn ich da manchmal ein bisschen nachlässig bin. :D Ach, übrigens: Als Nachweis, dass du den Text tatsächlich sorfältig gelesen hast, schreib ganz am Anfang das Wort Platzhausgarten in deinen Text. Er (Tilman) liebt Fußball (HSV) und ist in den letzten Monat ein echter Fitness-Freak geworden (Gym und Kampfsport). Zum Glück ist aber noch nicht soweit, dass er gar keinen Alkohol mehr trinkt oder so. Insgesamt ist er sehr umgänglich. Man kann mit ihm gut etwas kochen, ein paar Bierchen zischen oder Ähnliches. Er akzeptiert es aber auch, wenn man Zeit für sich haben möchte. Also alles ganz entspannt. Er spricht Deutsch, Spanisch und ein wenig Englisch. Ich rauche ab und zu in der Küche, aber auch nur mit geöffnetem Fenster und Lüften. Da Tilly vor einiger Zeit damit aufgehört hat, versuche ich es auch weniger zu machen. Wenn du es auch so hältst, ist dir das selbstverständlich ebenso gestattet. Im Zimmer bitte nicht.

Wir sind machmal mit so fünf Leuten bei uns. Da kam es schonmal vor, dass die Nachbarn von oben pfeifen, wenn wir vergessen, das Fenster nicht auf Kipp zu machen. Richtigen Stress gab es aber bisher zum Glück noch nicht.

Ich bin der Jonas, 25. Ich bin Jurist und gehe dann erstmal für vier Monate nach Buenos Aires, um ein wenig Arbeitserfahrung nach all dem theoretischen Gelerne zu sammeln. Deshalb die Anzeige! :)

My roommate Tilly (Tilman) is 25 years old, completed his training as an event manager a few years ago, then traveled extensively in South and Latin America, and has now been a student for some time. He is studying sustainable management in Eberswalde. We both know each other from home and played handball together back then.

Tilly is very careful about the household. However, he is (thank God) not strict, if I am sometimes a bit careless there. :D Oh, by the way: To prove that you really read the text carefully, write the word Platzhausgarten in your text at the very beginning. He (Tilman) loves soccer (HSV) and has become a real fitness freak in the last month (gym and martial arts). Fortunately, however, is not yet to the point that he no longer drinks alcohol or something. Overall he is very sociable. It's good to cook something with him, have a few beers or something like that. But he also accepts it if you want to have time for yourself. So everything is very relaxed. He speaks German, Spanish and a little English. I smoke from time to time in the kitchen, but also only with the window open and ventilated. Since Tilly stopped some time ago, I try to do it less as well. If you keep it that way, you are of course allowed to do so as well. Not in the room, please.

We sometimes have five people staying with us. It sometimes happens that the neighbors whistle from upstairs when we forget not to open the window. Fortunately, there hasn't been any real stress yet.

I'm Jonas, 25, a lawyer, and I'm going to Buenos Aires for four months to gain some work experience after all the theoretical learning. Therefore the offer! :)
