It's about 18mq - comes without furniture, except for a clothes rack and nice thick curtains, it has high ceilings (with lovely moldings), old wooden floor in avery good condition. It's a very nice room overall. It doesn't get too warm in Summer, nor too cold in Winter and it has a lot of light as it's on the 3rd floor.
The location is just super convenient, 3mins walking from U2 and S-Bahn, and on the beautiful Schönhauser Allee. Shops are very close to the flat, you have the Schönhauser Allee Arcaden just 3 minutes walking from the flat, two different gyms and the area is also well connected with tram.
THE FLAT: It has two bedrooms (yours would be the smaller one), kitchen area with sofa and a table, big bathroom, storage room/laundry room with washing machine and to dry clothes, it's bright, and it has personality.
You would share with Alessandra, an very cool Italian girl, who is 28, and works in the music industry.
The flat has an old heating system, a stove (Stube). This doesn't mean that you can't make it warm with electric fans, oven, etc.
Also: the deposit (500Euros) needs to be paid upfront, to reserve the room by February 1st, then you enter the room one month later on 1st March. This is unluckily not negotiable.
We are looking for a clean and respectful person, we are fine with either a girl or a boy or anything in-between. For peace of mind of everyone you'll need to have an income.
