The room has 18sqm and is partly furnished: There is a very spacious wardrobe and a desk, a chair and a mattress. There is enough room for your own furniture. In the apartment it remains comparatively cool in summer. Otherwise the room is relatively quiet and in the morning the sun shines in :)
Das Zimmer hat 18qm und ist teilmöbiliert: Es gibt einen sehr geräumigen Schrank und einen Schreibtisch, einen Stuhl und eine Matratze. Es ist noch genug Platz für eigene Möbel. In der Wohnung bleibt es im Sommer vergleichsweise kühl. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer relativ ruhig und morgens scheint die Sonne herein :)
You will run 7 minutes to the S-Greifswalder Straße, where you will drive the Ringbahn, Trams and buses. All you need for life is within walking distance.
Man läuft 7 Minuten zur S-Greifswalder Straße, wo die Ringbahn, Trams und Busse fahren. Alles was man zum Leben braucht ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
In short: I am Nuba, at the beginning of thirty (m), and live for a while and very much in Berlin.
I am happy to be on the go and always open to new ideas and ventures, play a lot of football and enjoy watching in summer. Otherwise I like to celebrate, go to the theater or jump into the lake of Plötzensee/Wißensee (both quickly accessible). Together what to do, untended and if it just fits, I find good. In the evening I am often to have a spontaneous beer or tea.
Under the week, I'd rather be quiet in the evening because I have to get out in the morning and doctorate. I also work more often from home and the apartment is unfortunately a bit pale-hearted, which requires a little consideration in terms of noise. I find a similar daily rhythm practically, but it doesn't have to.
The room is only up to 30. September 2025 free of charge.

Kurz zu mir: Ich bin Nuba, Anfang dreißig (m), und wohne schon eine Weile und sehr gerne in Berlin.
Ich bin gerne unterwegs und immer offen für neue Ideen und Unternehmungen, spiele viel Fußball und beache im Sommer auch gerne mal. Ansonsten gehe ich gern feiern, ins Theater oder springe in den Plötzensee/Weißensee (beide schnell erreichbar). Zusammen was zu unternehmen, ungezwungen und wenn es gerade passt, finde ich gut. Abends bin ich für ein spontanes Bier oder einen Tee oft zu haben.
Unter der Woche geht es bei mir abends eher ruhig zu, weil ich morgens raus muss und promoviere. Ich arbeite auch öfter mal von zu Hause und die Wohnung ist leider etwas hellhörig, was lärmtechnisch etwas Rücksicht verlangt. Einen ähnlichen Tagesrhythmus finde ich praktisch, das muss aber überhaupt nicht.
Das Zimmer ist nur bis 30. September 2025 zur Zwischenmiete frei.
