So meine Lieben,
Das Zimmer ist im August frei und kann bezogen werden. Es ist klein und fein von mir selber zusammengebastelt. Möbel und Deko stehen. Darunter fallen ein Regal für Kleider, ein 1,20m Bett mit Decke, ein kleiner Tisch und eine Kommode. Mehr passt dann schon nicht mehr in 10m^2 rein :P Mit Aussicht in den Innenhof, bleibt der Straßenlärm fern. Falls einem das Zimmer doch mal zu klein erscheint, gibt es eine große Gemeinschafts-Wohnküche, wo gerne und oft zusammen gespeist, gelacht, getrunken und geraucht wird. Ja, das heist, rauchen ist im im Wohnzimmer erlaubt.

So lets get started
the room is free in august and can be moved in directly. It's tiny and nice room and assembled by my self. furniture and decoration are ready to be moved in. There is a shelf for clothes, a 1,2m bed with bedsheets, a small table and a commode. I guess thats enough for a 10m^2 room :) The window faces the courtyard so the street noise keeps out. If the room is getting too small, then there is a biiiiig living room with kitchen, where we eat, laugh and smoke all together.. yes, so smoking is allowed in the living room.
Die Wohnung liegt 10min Fußmarsch von der S/U Schönhauserallee entfernt und mit der Ringbahn kommt man wunderbar schnell ans andere Ende von Berlin. S-Bornholmer ist genauso weit entfernt. Eine Tram liegt sogar direkt vor der Haustür. Wer was zu essen kaufen möchte, der braucht einfach ausm Wohnzimmerfenster zu hüpfen und kann gegenüber direkt in den Netto springen, um sich die nötigen Fressalien zu besorgen. Bio Läden gibts auch im Prenzlauer Berg zu genüge. Kiezkneipen und Spätis gibts ebenso um die Ecke und wer ein bisschen Grün und Kultur haben möchte, der kann in 15Min zum Mauerpark laufen.

The flat is located with 10min walking from the trainstation S/USchönhauserallee and with the Ringbahn you can easily reach even the otherside of Berlin. There are even other publictransportation close by, such as a Tram just in front of the door. Further more, you can just jump out of the door and across the street there is a supermarket. Even localpubs and kiosk are around the corner. The one who wants some "nature" and culture can go in 15min to Mauerpark.
Wir sind eine recht junge WG und die momentan Mitbewohner sind zwei Spanierinnen, die sehr gut Englisch und Deutsch können. Ein Deutscher ist auch dabei. Der letzte im Bunde ist mein Vater den es alle paar Monate für ein paar Wochen in die Großstadt treibt.
Wir sind im allgemeinen sehr kommunikativ und wir haben schon viel zusammen erlebt. Seit über einem Jahr leben wir zusammen und sind schon eine kleine Familie, die offen auf Menschen zu gehen. Wer interessiert ist, der wird mit Sara, Lucia, Ronny und Günter ja bald Bekanntschaft machen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen :)

We are a quite young people in the flat and currently there are two spanish girls and one german guy. They speak also German and english. My father is also sometimes visiting the big city for couple of weeks. We are communicative people and until now we had some fun together. Since over one year we are living together and we are already a kinda tiny family and we are openminded to the people around. The one who is interested will get to know to Sara, Lucia, Ronny and Günter. I can recommend it :)
Ich, Lenny, werde mich auf unbestimmte Zeit (mindestens ein Jahr) auf die Reise machen und im Wohnmobil unterwegs sein. Ich werd mit euch hin und wieder im Kontakt stehen, da ich die Wohnung mit meinem Vater zusammen gemietet habe und für den Papierkram mit verantwortlich bin.

I’m Lenny, by the way, and will be out off town for an indefinite time (min. one year) and I’m goin’ to be on the road with my van. I rented out the flat with my dad and will be also sometimes in touch with you guys to organize the paperwork shit.
