Hallihallo liebe WG-Suchende,
da unsere Mitbewohnerin zum Jahresende auszieht suchen wir (m, 23 und m, 24) eine Nachmieter:in für das Zimmer in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung im Prenzlauer Berg.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14qm groß und ist möbliert mit einem großen Kleiderschrank, 1,40m Bett + Matratze. (Regal und Schreibtisch sind nicht mehr im Zimmer)

Hi all WG searchers!
Since our roommate will move out of this flat at the end of the year, we (m, 23 and m, 24) would like to rent out the room in this very nice flat in Prenzlauer Berg.
The room is around 14 sqm big and is furnished with a big wardrobe, a 1,40m bed.
Die Wohnung ist in einer der Seitenstraßen der Schönhauser Allee gelegen. Zur S- und U-Bahn Schönhauser Allee sind es nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Gut an die Tramlinien M13 und M1 ist man ebenfalls angebunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einige. Von Lidl, Rewe zu Alnatura und den Schönhauser Allee Arcaden sollte für jeden etwas in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sein. Die Umgebung ist abends sehr entspannt und ruhig, man ist aber schnell mit U-bahn und Ringbahn mitten im Getümmel. 😉 Tagsüber gibt es in der Gegend viele gute Restaurants, Cafes und im Mauerpark ist man auch in ca. 15min.

The apartment is in one of the side streets of Schönhauser Allee. It´s only a five minute walk to the subway and train station Schönhauser Allee. The tram lines M13 and M1 are also really close by. There are tons of grocery shops around the area from Lidl to Rewe and Alnatura. Also, the mall Schönhauser Allee Arcaden is really close by. The area is really quiet and relaxed at night. Still it doesn´t take long to get right into the action by either taking the subway or the Ringbahn. 😉 During the day, there are lots of cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Also, Mauerpark is only about a 15 minute walk away.
In der WG haben wir uns regelmäßig in der Küche oder Wohnzimmer zum quatschen, Bier, Wein oder spielen getroffen. Gerne haben wir ab und zu auch etwas gemeinsam unternommen. Wir würden es sehr schön finden, wieder Leute zu finden, die auf keine Zweck-WG aus sind. Für genug Freiraum und Ruhe sollte aber auf jeden Fall auch gesorgt sein. 😊

As flat mates we met up in the kitchen for chatting, beer, wine or playing board games quite often. We also enjoyed doing stuff together in the city from time to time. All in all, it would be cool to find people that are down to socialize during their stay at the apartment. Of course, everyone should still get enough peace and quiet when they want to. 😊 If all that sounds good to you and you have a good sense of cleanliness, we are looking forward to hearing from you!
Das Zimmer ist im 2. Stock und im Hinterhaus. Einen Aufzug gibt es nicht aber sollte im zweiten Stock ja kein Dealbreaker sein 😉.

The apartment is on the second floor (rear building). There´s no elevator, which hopefully shouldn´t be a dealbreaker. 😉
