I’m searching for a person to take over my contract in my 3 person WG straight away. The ideal person is searching for a long-term room (with contract & Anmeldung)
The room is 22m2, with a view of the back courtyard - which means it’s the quietest bedroom in the WG. The ceilings are high, with real wooden floorboards throughout the whole apartment.
We have a communal kitchen with dinning table, corridor, bathroom (bathtub & shower), storage room and a back courtyard to safely store your bicycle. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
Prenzlauer Allee S-Bahn (Ring Bahn), M2 tram, Lidl, Rewe, Penny, a Bakery and Florist are all within 4 minutes walking.
U2 Schönhauser Allee, U2 Eberswalder straße, M10 tram, Kollwitzplatz, Helmholtzplatz are all reached by foot within 10 minutes.
Your new flatmates would be Julia (24, German, architect) and Laura (26, Spanish, kindergarten teacher).
Everyday life in the apartment is very calm. Julia & Laura both work full time, and enjoy getting together to cook dinner & drink wine together at least once a week. Someone open & relaxed would be ideal for them!
