Wir suchen für ein gemütliches 14m² Zimmer in der Oderbergerstr. einen Mitbewohner/ eine Mitbewohnerin. Das Zimmer ist mit einem 1,40m großem Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch und einem Regal ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es in dem Zimmer einen kleinen Abstellraum. Es ist mit Dielenboden ausgelegt und zum Hinterhof gelegen und daher sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Küche mit Herd, Kühlschrank und Spüle und ist komplett ausgestattet.
Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber fein :)

We are looking for a flatmate (female/male) for our 14m² room at the Oderbergerstr. The room is fully furnished with a bed, a closet, a desk and a shelf. Additionally, there's a small store room. The room is laid out with floor boards and very quiet since it's oriented to the backyard.
The flat has a kitchen fully equipped and a small bathroom.
Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Prenzlauer Berg in der Nähe des Mauerparks an der Ecke Kastanienallee. Die beiden Straßen liegen super zentral und in der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Bars, Cafes, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Lidl, Edeka, Bio Company etc.) und Restaurants. Um es auf den Punkt zu bringen: mehr Szene, Unterhaltung, Gastronomie und Nachtleben geht nicht.
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind fast vor der Tür (U2, M10, M1 sind nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und eine Station weiter befinden sich die S-Bahn und U8).

The flat is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg near the famous Mauerpark. The street is very central and there are a lot of bars, cafe and grocery shops (Rewe, Lidl, Bio Company, Edeka...) and restaurants. Basically there is something for everyone.
The public transport is nearby (U2, M10, and M1 ade only 4 min away by foot and the Sbahn and the U8 are only one station away.
Kurz zu uns: Lucia (29) und Eva(29):
Wir treffen uns gerne abends immer mal wieder auf ein Glas Wein oder Bier. Es wäre also schön, wenn du dich auch zu uns gesellen würdest. Am Wochenende sind wir gerne zusammen unterwegs oder gehen frühstücken oder Kaffee trinken. Bei uns sind die Türen immer offen für Klatsch und Tratsch, aber natürlich findet jeder auch seine Ruhe. Zudem ist uns Sauberkeit relativ wichtig und du solltest gewillt sein, dich aktiv daran zu beteiligen und die WG auf Vordermann zu halten. Generell sind wir keine Putzfreaks, aber du solltest dennoch WG-Erfahrung haben.

About us: Lucia (29) and Eva(29): we always try to make time for a glass of wine or a beer in the kitchen. It would be nice if you join us. During the weekends we like to go out together sometimes or have brunch/coffee. We also enjoy spending time alone but our doors are always opened for one another in case we need to talk or have a problem.
We aren't obsessed with cleaning but everyone should be responsable for their own shit :)
