I am renting a room in my quiet flat in the heart of Berlin. The flat has a private garden which everyone can enjoy. The room that I am renting out is bright and cosy and has a separate exit to the garden. It is about 18 m² and has a big wardrobe, an armchair, a bed and a desk.
We share kitchen, bathroom and living room. You can also use all the kitchen appliances, washing machine and Wi-Fi. The apartment is five minutes from a tram stop and is located in the lively district of Prenzlauer Berg with its many cafes and restaurants. There are also supermarkets and shopping facilities within walking distance.
I live with my two children (6 and 11), but we each have our own room. Because of our previous flatmate, they are used to having a new person in the household and they respect your private space. I'm not looking for an AuPair, you don't have to take care or be responsible for the kids.
About me:
It's nice to have a glass of wine or do something together in the evening, but you can also enjoy your privacy. Aline
