Zum Möbiliar gehört ein 1,40 m großes Bett, Schrank, Regal, Couch, ein großer Schreibtisch, und ein Nachttisch mit Lampe. Die Sachen bleiben für die Zeit der Untervermietung drin - es können allerdings individuelle Absprachen getroffen werden.
Die Küche und das Bad sind voll ausgestattet. Der Preis für WLAN und Strom ist bereits in der Miete enthalten.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort bezugsbereit. Vermietet wird für 3 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung. Die Untervermietung wurde von der Hausverwaltung genehmigt.

I am renting my room in a 2-room apartment in the beautiful Winskiez, just next to Kollwitzkiez. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a backyard building. The furnished room is 21 m² in size and has access to a spacious balcony, beautiful old windows and high ceilings. The furniture includes a 1.40 m bed, wardrobe, shelf, couch, a large desk and a bedside table with a lamp. The furniture will remain in the apartment for the duration of the sublet - however, individual arrangements can be made.
Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The price for Wifi and electricity is already included in the rent. My flatmate Ania (30) works full-time - a good atmosphere in the flat share is very important, which is why she will be present at the viewing appointments to get to know you. We look forward to meeting you!
The room is ready for you to move in. It can be rented for 3 months with an option to extend. Subletting has been approved by the property management.
WINSKIEZ
Einkaufen und sehr lecker Essengehen kann man hier wunderbar. Volkspark Friedrichshain, Helmholzplatz, Kollwitzplatz sind einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt. Man ist super angebunden (M2, M4, M10, U2, Ringbahn) und mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten am Alex. Tolle Gegend!
Meine Mitbewohnerin Ania arbeitet Vollzeit - auf eine gute Stimmung in der WG wird großer Wert gelegt, weshalb sie bei den Besichtigungsterminen zum Kennenlernen dabei sein wird. Wir freuen uns auf euch!
