We are looking for reliable person to be our new flatmate. The contract is for long term starting from 1st of December.
The apartment is very big (170m2) and the room around 30m2, everything furnished. It has really nice kitchen, toilet, laundry and living room. All included price is 670 Euros.
The location is perfect - in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg - Kastanienallee street. You will have all the possible connections - it's in front of tram station (M1 and M12), 2m walk to U2 (Eberswalder Strasse).
It's an international flat, you will be sharing it with a Brazilian, a Turkish and a Romanian (4 people counting you), a real welcoming family :)
The current contract ends on 15.03.2021. However, the contract extension is possible. Anmeldung will be possible only with the contract extension after 15.03.2021.
