The available room are fully furnished with a desk/chair, bed, drawers, and closet. The room have great floors, lots of natural sun light and very high ceilings (Zimmer 5).
A bit about the apartment..
-There are two bathrooms: 1 has a bathtub, open shower, and windows that is ~11sqm!, and the other is small with an enclosed shower. We split the bathroom space between the flatmates.
- The kitchen is open and has a table that fits us all
- There is also a laundry room to the side of the kitchen
The price is for the warm room + wifi + 2x monthly cleaning service!
The room is available from 01/11.
Within < 3 minutes walking you have access to:
-Bio Company, Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Netto, and Rossman
-S-bahn/ring bahn Prenzlauer Allee, and M2 tram line (10 mins to Alex)
- There are also a couple nice bars, restaurants and coffee shops in close walking distance and loads within 10 minutes walking to Helmholtzplatz
We are Augustin, Mark, Mariana, and Maike living together in a 5 person wg in Prenzlauer Berg.
- From the France, Egypt, Germany- we speak english in the apartment, but can also speak German.
- As roommates we are all 25+ and working full time- developer/engineer/ marketer
- It is generally quiet in the flat but of course guests are welcome :)
- We mainly spend time in the kitchen together or go out for a drink/coffee, but generally lead our own social lives
