We are looking for a female roommate from the middle/end of June to the end of November with the possibility of extension.
The flat has beautiful parquet flooring and the kitchen was installed just 3 years ago. The flat consists of two rooms, bathroom, kitchen and the hallway, which is wider and thus serves as a small living room with sofa.
The flat is situated at a crossroads. The room is approx. 15 sqm and faces the inner courtyard. :)
The warm rent including all additional costs (electricity, internet,...) amounts to 640 euros + 30 additional costs
If everyone is happy with the living situation we can extend the contract.
