After 3 years of living, studying and working in Berlin, I feel the need to get away of this city for a while and put myself in a new living atmosphere. I want to be somewhere where I either don't speak the language or know anybody. So I applied for an internship all over Europe and finally landed my portfolio in one graphic design studio in Brussels! Therefore, my room will be available for 5 months (01.08 - 31.12).
The room is in front-house, 4th floor, ca 27 sqm2 with laminate floor and 2.5 m high ceiling. The walls are pretty thick, which means you rarely hear your neighbours or your flatmate who lives on the other side of the apartment. The room is equipped with all furnitures you see, which I'll try to clear out as much as I can and make room for your belongings.
The rent in total is 660 Euro. All bills are included. Big plus, our landlord is super nice. He also lives in Berlin and would come over to the apartment anytime if some problems with the apartment occur. The room is furnished and provided with all furnitures you see in the photos. I will not ask you to pay for my existing furnitures extra, but please, please, take good care of them because I did hand-pick every single objects in the room by my own. (:
The apartment is on Thulestraße 5, Prenzlauerberg/Pankow district. The tram (M1, M10, M13, M50) and train (Ringbahn 41/42, S+U Schönhauser Allee) are in a walking distance, as well as supermarkets like Netto, Rewe, Alnatura, and the mall Schönhauser Allee Arcade. Prenzlauerberg is my favourite neighbourhood of all. It's full with nice cafes, bars, restaurants.
You'll be living with Tom (33) working in tech start-up, and speaks German and English fluently. He works quite a lot and go to gym and bouldering quite often. Very chill and easy-going guy here.
You will be able to register with this address, however, we will do a contract (Zwischenmiete), which I'd also like to ask for 1 month deposit.
