I am renting my room for March (29th Feb - 31st March).
The room is 15 square meters, and it's furnished. You have a TV, a screen for work and a lot of space to do some workout (or whatever you want to do there). The room also has a lot of light during the day, which is nice during the winter.
We have 2 balconies, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The WG is formed by 5 people, and we speak German and English.☺️
Price: €500 for the whole stay + a deposit of 300€ just in case that will be given back if everything is okay.
Right around the corner is the station for the tram and bus (M2). With the tram you will be at the S-bahn (Ring) in 5 minutes and at the Alexanderplatz in 15 minutes. We've got many supermarkets around as well.
Life in the WG can be both quiet enough to work and be locked in the room, but also fun as there is always something going on. You will have 4 four great flatmates (2 girls and 2 guys). If you've just moved to Berlin it's great to have a bit of company :)
