Es handelt sich um ein voll möbliertes Zimmer mit großem Fenster von dem aus man Tag und Nacht den Alex sehen kann. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein 160x200 cm großes Bett, ein 55 Zoll großer Fernseher, ein großer Schreibtisch mit ergonomischem Bürodrehstuhl und 2 LAN Anschlüssen. In der gesamten Wohnung gibt es WLAN. Im Kleiderschrank und der Kommode habe ich Fächer freigeräumt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher liegen im Schrank bereit.
Rauchen ist im Zimmer selber nicht gestattet, da ich ein Nichtraucher bin. Jedoch kann im gemeinschaftlich genutzten Bad und der Küche geraucht werden. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Sodastream und allem was man zum Kochen braucht. Bitte beachte: wir essen gerne Fleisch.
I offer a fully furnished room with a big window through which you can see the Alexander tower day and night. The room is equipped with a 160x200 cm bed, a 55 inch TV screen, a big desk with an ergonomic office chair and 2 LAN sockets. There is WIFI in all the appartment. I made some free space in the warderobe and dresser. Bedclothes and towels are available in the warderobe.
Smoking is not allowed in the room, as I am a non-smoker. But you may smoke in the shared bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, Sodastream and all you need for cooking. Please notice: we like to eat meat.
Das Zimmer liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig direkt an der Ringbahn, S-Bahn Haltestelle Greifswalder Straße. Von dort aus hat man die Möglichkeit, die S41, S42, S8 und die S85 zu nehmen. Mit der Straßenbahn M4 ist man in 10 Minuten ohne Umsteigen am Alexanderplatz.
Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus und sind kostenlos.
The room is very convenient as far as public transport is concerned. Round the corner is the central line, S-Bahn stop Greifswalder Straße. There you may take the S41, S42, S8 and S85. With the metroline you are at Alexanderplatz within 10 minutes without having to change lines.
There is free parking space on the road in front of the house.
Die WG besteht aus 2 Personen. Die Hausarbeiten werden geteilt. Bislang war es so, dass ich für die Reinigung des Bades und mein Mitbewohner für die der Küche zuständig war. Vieles klären wir gemeinsam in Absprachen.
Jeder kauft für sich selber ein. Für die Vorräte gibt es Platz im Kühlschrank und auf Regalen in der Küche. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt, kochen wir auch mal gemeinsam.
The shared appartment is home for 2 poeple. The housework ist shared. Up to now I was responsible for cleaning the bath, my flatmate for the kitchen. Many decisions are commonly made.
Everyone does his own shopping. In the kitchen there is room for the shopping in the fridge and on shelves. From time to time we cook and have dinner together.
Für Fragen sind wir generell erreichbar und antworten schnellstmöglich.
Zum Klären ob die Chemie stimmt, möchte wir bereits vor der Besichtigung ein Skype Meeting durchführen. Die Entscheidung über den Zwischenmieter trifft mein Mitbewohner nach der Besichtigung.
