I am leaving my lovely bright 22qm room with a chimney and balcony in Prenzlauerberg (not furnished), so lucky you for the person who will be my replacement for a couple of months.
The room has a super high ceiling, a beautiful wooden floor and a wide window front and is facing south, meaning it's super bright during the day, plus you can sunbath and watch sunsets from the balcony.
The room is located within a 4 room apartment, with 4 lovely flatmates (including handsome Border Collie Ninja). It has a shared kitchen and 2 bathrooms with everything you need. We have a cleaning lady coming once every week, so that's the additional 30€ arte for.
The M10 (stop is just a minute walk) will bring you directly to Mauerpark and Warschauerstrasse. Ring/S-bahn station Greifswalder Straße is just a 5 min walk away and the M4 takes you directly to Alexanderplatz.
Life in our WG is very relaxed. All of my flatmates are very lovely and sweet and interested! We basically all just do our own thing, but we also have interesting and deep conversations and lots of laughs and cooking sessions together. Do you have a favorite dish? Tell us your answer in your first sentence so we can make sure you've read through our text.
We all try to keep the apartment clean and tidy and hope that the person moving in also respects that and has a
natural hygiene behavior :).
