The area is very peaceful and has a wonderful kiez-vibe. There are several very good restaurants walking distance that people from all over Berlin travel for, but also cheap places to eat. Nearby is an Aldi, Rewe, Bio Company, Veganz, and in the nearby Turkish district, Wedding, you can do some very cheap grocery shopping if you don't mind to walk about 20 mins.
The area is one of my favorite parts of Prenzlauer Berg because of its community vibe. It is also on the border with Wedding and well connected (U2, Ringbahn, and several tram stations that take you to Mitte or Charite). There is also the famous Mauerpark just 1 minute by walking.
Easy going, quiet flatshare. Ideal for students or working professionals.
Singles are preferred, but up to 2 is possible.
