We have a cozy, partly furnished (bed, closet, bureau) spare room in our WG since our other roomie is moving out.
Its pretty quiet and courtyard facing, so the tram will not bother you.
Having the occasional smoke by an open window is fine (esp. when we have people over) but smoking inside everyday is not
It's in a three bedroom apartment on the second floor with a fully furnished kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub. We also have a storage space in the basement (it's getting a bit crowded but there's still some space) and a big shared courtyard.

The flat is located in Prenzlauer Berg close to S- and U-Bahn Stations Schönhauser Allee and Prenzlauer Allee as well as the tram lines 12 and M13. It's a calm neighbourhood with a lot of cafes, restaurants and boutiques that are way out of our budget but nice to look at.
Some time between March and June of next year a friend is moving in with us(and we'll keep you updated on when exactly that will happen), but for these months we still want you to feel like a part of this WG. Now during the lockdown we're both being quite careful but we're not super strict about the 2 person/ 1 other household rule all the time. During less locked down times we like going out to bars and the like, and we also like to have (vegetarian)food and drinks at our place and play the occasional round of knock-off Jenga.
Although we're not both vegetarian neither of us enjoys the whole apartment smelling like sausage all the time, so we'd prefer if you aren't a huge meat eater.
