Hallo ihr lieben,
unsere WG braucht ab den 1.11 ein Mitbewoner/in. Das vollmöbelierte Zimmer ist ca. 13 quadratmeter groß. Die altbau erdgeschoss Wohnung ist ziemlich groß und hat ca. 125 quadratmeter, es gibt 2 Badezimmern, eine große Küche mit einem Esstisch und eine Terasse aufm Innenhof. Die Wohnung liegt in Prenzlauer berg in einer sehr guten Lage zwischen S Bornholmer Str. und S+U Schönhauser Allee. Miete 490 euro Kaution 550 euro, Anmeldung gerne möglich. Wir sind 4 studenten/beschäftigte und suchen ein cooler, entspannter und offener Mensch mit dem man gut unterhalten und vllt auch befreunden kann.
Bitte schick mir eine kürze Vorstellung über dich selbst somit nachher wir eine Interview/Casting Termin vereinbaren können.

our WG needs a flatmate from 1.11 on. The fully furnished room is about 13 square meters. The Altbau ground floor apartment is quite large and has about 125 square meters, there are 2 bathrooms,
a large kitchen with a dining table, and a terrace on the patio. The apartment is located in Prenzlauer berg in a very good location between S Bornholmer Str. and S+U Schönhauser Allee. Rent 490 euro Deposit 550 euro and Anmeldung possible.
We are 4 students/employees and we are looking for a cool, open person with whom we can build a relaxed atmosphere inside the apartment and maybe become friends at some point. Please send me a short introduction about yourself so that we can arrange an interview/casting appointment later.
