Hey Guys!
We are subletting one of our rooms in our apartment at U-Bhf. Eberswalder Str. with a real Berliner (30y) and a girl from Portugal (24y). Couples are welcome.
The room itself has around 35m2 and is just beautiful with a stunning view on the intersection of Eberswalder Str. and Schönhauser Allee.
The apartment is huge (130m2) and is a Bohemians dream come true. It’s typical Berliner Altbau with huge ceilings and is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg - just a stone throw away from your favorite coffee place and Vietnamese restaurant.
Please note that the room comes unfurnished and you would need to bring your own stuff. There is no limitation on the length of stay but it would be great if you plan to stay for more than 3 months.
Eberswalder Straße really is the heart of Berlin, unless you want to live in boring Kreuzberg!
You take one step out of the house and you are surrounded by life (if there wasn't that virus going around). We are surrounded by marvelous streets with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, parks and what not. If you want to leave the city behind for a while you can get on your bike for 20 minutes and you are out in Pankow, surrounded by cornfields or forrests (or you take the Regio).
Together with you would live Joana, a 24 years old Lisboeta (Portuguese) and Clemens (me), a 30 years old Berliner. This WG is quite new, so you will be encouraged to integrate yourself into our WG life! We are looking for people who don't just need a bedroom, but actually intent to share a living space. :) We like to sit together, cook, watch a movie once in a while or play a board game (what else is there to do right now, really...). Of course, it's important that everybody can have their personal space.
