The Raumerstr. and the Stargarder Str. are full of shops, cafes and restaurants.
The flat is shared with 1 girl, she is really awesome and easy-going. The living room is spacious and with a tv and dinner table and balcony. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and washing machine in the bathroom. Although there is no basement, there is enough space in the bathroom and kitchen cupboards to store some things.
We are looking for someone calm and tidy, as we are. Especially in these times of home office and lockdown we use the living room during the day as a working space, even though each can work in their room. There are no fixed rules about this, we just consult with each other and try to be flexible and understanding of the other.
