Da ich selbst Anfang nächsten Jahres ausziehen werde, wird in unserer Wg ab 15. Januar 2022 ein wunderschönes 13m2 großes Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist praktisch geschnitten, hat ein großes Fenster, das viel Licht rein lässt, einen Parkettboden und Fußbodenheizung (wie auch der Rest der Wohnung). Die Möbel werde ich alle mitnehmen, daher wird das Zimmer unmöbliert vermietet.

Dear all!
As I myself will move out at the beginning of next year, a beautiful 13m2 room will become available in our Wg from January 15th 2022. The room is practically cut, has a large window that lets a lot of light into the room, a parquet floor and underfloor heating (just like the rest of the apartment). I will take all the furniture with me, so the room is rented unfurnished.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar!
Unsere WG sitzt im beliebten Kollwitzkiez, direkt an der Grenze zwischen Prenzlauer Berg und Mitte. Es sind nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Alex und 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn Station Senefelder Platz. Edeka, Aldi, Netto und Budni sind nur einen Steinwurf von uns entfernt. Außerdem natürlich auch diverse Bars und Restaurants.

The location of our apartment is unbeatable!
Our house is located in the popular Kollwitzkiez, right between Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte. It is only a 10 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz and 5 minutes to the subway station Senefelder Platz. Edeka, Aldi, Netto and Budni are only a short walk away. And of course also various bars and restaurants.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Tugba (33 Jahre) und Eike (30 Jahre)!
Wir legen viel Wert auf ein freundschaftliches Zusammenleben und sind definitiv keine Zweck WG! Wir sind gerne zusammen unterwegs, kochen abends gemeinsam, quatschen einfach nur oder schauen zusammen einen Film. Wir lieben es außerdem feiern zu gehen, feiern aber eher auswärts als bei uns in der Wohnung. Falls du also regelmäßige After-Raves Zuhause veranstalten möchtest, sind wir wahrscheinlich nicht die richtige WG für dich. Außerdem legen wir Wert auf Sauberkeit, weshalb wir auch eine Putzkraft haben, die alle 2 Wochen zu uns kommt (diese kostet pro Besuch 60 Euro, also pro Person 40€ im Monat, sind als Nebenkosten aufgelistet). Auch eine Anmeldung in der Wohnung ist möglich.

Your new flatmates are Tugba (33 years) and Eike (30 years)!
We are definitely not a Zweck-WG and want it to stay that way! We like to do stuff together, cook dinner, watch movies or just share a glass of wine or two. We also both love to go out clubbing, but tend to party elsewhere rather than at our apartment. So if you want to have regular after-raves at home, we are probably not the right flat for you. We also value cleanliness, which is why we have a cleaning lady who visits us every two weeks (this costs 60€ per visit - so 40€ each per month - and is listed as "Nebenkosten"). An official registration in this flat is possible.
