I'm offering a sunny room (whenever it's sunny ;-) ) with a comfortable loft bed at Pappelallee, just a 10 minute walk from Mauerpark and Kulturbrauerei, in a furnished apartment, with a gas stove, bathroom with bathtub inside the apartment and balcony adjoining the room on offer. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs, and also a free running track within walking distance. The U Eberswalder and M1/ M10 & M13 tram stations are a five-minute walk from here, S Schönhauser Allee station is a ten minute walk from here. I am the only person living here now, so you would be staying with only one other person. Please understand that no long term guests would be able to stay, because the apartment should stay spacious enough for just two.
If you would like to have a look at the room, please contact me and let me know a bit about yourself, whether you have shared a flat before, what your profession is while here, and when you could come by to have a look. And if you like, add a photo or social media link for a first impression (I don't use Facebook though, for democratic and privacy reasons). The flatshare is only available for short-term stay starting with 1 month, with possible cancellation to the end of each month. The rent is to be paid and deposit to be deposited in cash upon receiving the keys to in advance per month.
