We are subletting our two rooms (living room and bedroom) with a private bathroom in our shared flat. Both rooms are large and - as typical in Berlin’s older buildings - have high ceilings and hardwood floors.
The living room is subdivided into a dining/work space and a living space with a large couch. The bedroom has a big wardrobe, a 1,60m box spring bed, and a reading nook by the window. The bathroom is small but comfortable with strong water pressure and lots of storage space.
We have a couple of plants across the rooms that don’t need a lot of water but appreciate some love and care. My boyfriend and I completed a couple of home improvement projects, for example, our built-in bookshelf. We are looking for someone who treats the space with as much care as we do.
Our flat is conveniently located right next to Rewe and a number of organic stores. We have a tram stop right outside and S+U Schönhauser Allee (Ring) and U Eberswalder Straße in 6 min walking distance. It’s a lovely neighborhood with the Mauerpark right behind our block.
The whole flat has three additional rooms, a hallway with dining table and lounge corner, and a kitchen with a balcony. You would share the flat with three roommates, including one couple. We mostly speak English around the house but between us also speak German, French, and Italian. We all enjoy climbing and like to go out together or have dinner together and a poker night.
