Hier sind Hannah und ein schönes Zimmer im Prenzlauer Berg! Mein derzeitiger Mitbewohner wandert leider schon ganz bald aus und deshalb suche ich für unsere 2-er WG nach einem netten Ersatz.
Erstmal zum Objekt der Begierde:
Das frei werdende Zimmer (Nicht-Raucher, ab 01.06. frei, nach Absprache auch etw. früher) hat ca. 18 qm, ein großes Fenster (zum Hof, Hochparterre - von daher ruhig aber nicht das hellste), kommt unmöbliert mit Hochebene und ist dank altem Mietvertrag ein sehr guter Deal: 330 Euro all inclusive. Die Hochebene bleibt drin, kann bei Bedarf aber gerne gestrichen werden. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen und sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße, nahe der S-Bahn Haltestelle Prenzlauer Allee und ist eine klassische Ost-Berliner Altbauwohnung mit Dielen, Stuck und hohen Wänden. Es ist erstmal als Zwischenmiete für 1 Jahr geplant, wenn wir ein perfect Match sind, gerne auch länger :)

this is Hannah with a nice room in Prenzlauer Berg! My current roommate is moving out very soon and therefore I'm looking for somebody nice to take over his room.
First of all to the object of desire:
The vacant room (non-smoker, free from 01.06., by arrangement also earlier) has about 20 sqm, a large window (to the courtyard, mezzanine - therefore quiet but not the brightest), comes unfurnished with an intermediate level and is thanks to old lease a very good deal: 330 euros all-inclusive. The bunk bed stays here, but feel free to paint it if needed. The apartment is located in a small and very quiet side street and is a classic East Berlin Altbau with floorboards, stucco, and high ceilings. It is first planned as an interim rental for 1 year, if we are a perfect match, gladly longer :)
Die Wohnung liegt einen Katzensprung von der S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee entfernt. Mit der Ringbahn kommt man zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit gut durch Berlin und die M2 bringt dich in 13 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz
Ansonsten ist hier alles vorhanden was man zum Glücklichsein braucht - nette Cafes und Bars sind ums Eck, Mauerpark und Volkspark sind auch nicht weit entfernt und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - von Lidl bis Biomarkt - quasi am Ende der Strasse.

The apartment is a stone's throw from the Prenzlauer Allee S-Bahn. With the Ringbahn you can get around Berlin at any time of the day or night and the M2 takes you to Alexanderplatz in 13 minutes.
Otherwise, everything you need to be happy is here - nice cafes and bars are around the corner, Mauerpark and Volkspark are also not far away and numerous shopping opportunities (from Lidl to organic supermarkets) are close by.
Und zu mir:
Ich bin 33, arbeite seit mehreren Jahren als Designerin in einem Forschungsprojekt zu interaktiven Textilien und habe letztes Jahr noch mal einen Master in Design angefangen (den ich in den kommenden Monaten in die Zielgerade bugsieren werde). Neben der Arbeit bin ich auch gut mit dem Leben beschäftigt: ich bin sehr unternehmungslustig, liebe Dinnerparties mit Freunden, esse mich durch Berlins foodie spots, handwerkel gerne in der Wohnung, koche viel, spiele (halb gut) Tennis im Verein und (ziemlich gut) Brettspiele, reise gerne und pflege meinen grünen Daumen.
Ich würde mich als gesellige und humorvolle Person beschreiben und wohne gerne mit anderen Menschen zusammen. Ich freue mich über Küchentratsch und gemeinsame Unternehmungen, muss aber auch mal die Tür hinter mir zu machen können. Sauberkeit ist mir wichtig und mit meinem derzeitigen Mitbewohner haben wir (nach langen Jahren ohne Putzplan) wieder einen eingeführt, weil wir gemerkt haben, dass das die Sache dann doch einfacher macht. Ein Bewusstsein für Nachhaltigkeit und verantwortungsvolles Corona-Verhalten solltest du mitbringen und ich freue mich über offene Kommunikation im WG Leben.

And about me:
I'm 33, I've been working as a designer in a research project on interactive textiles for several years, and I started another Master's in Design last year (which I'll be pushing into the home stretch in the coming months). Besides work, I'm also well occupied with life: I'm very adventurous, love dinner parties with friends, eat my way through Berlin's foodie spots, like to do handicrafts around the apartment, cook a lot, play (semi-good) tennis in the club and (pretty good) board games, love to travel and take care of my green thumb.
I would describe myself as a sociable and humorous person and enjoy living with other people. I enjoy kitchen gossip and spending time together, but must be able to close the door behind me at times. Cleanliness is important to me, and with my current roommate, we've reintroduced a cleaning schedule (after many years without one) because we've noticed that it makes things easier after all. You should bring awareness of sustainability and responsible Corona behavior with you and I am happy about open communication in the WG life.
