We have a built-in kitchen including a stove, sink, baking oven, microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine is also there. All additional costs are included in the 450€ rent with water, electricity, internet etc. You will have to contribute with a one-off payment of 100€ for our only recently purchased new washing machine.
The room is very bright and sunny even on dullest winter days, and high ceilings give it a special charm :)
It will be rented completely unfurnished.
Registration (Anmeldung) is, of course, possible.
Sandra’s currently looking for a smaller 1-person apartment for herself so there is an option of taking over the apartment as a main tenant in future :)
Located in idyllic Prenzlauer Berg, you find organic shops, small cafés and delis at every corner. The next public transport stop is S-Bahnhof Prenzlauer-Alee which is exactly 435m from our flat.
Sandra (main tenant and your potential future flatmate) is 32years old, working as an Art Director/Visual Designer.
