Das Zimmer ist komplett möbiliert, da ich vorher schon ausziehe und die Möbel erst zum 31.01.2023 holen werde. Es gibt genug Platz im Schrank und der Kommode für Kleidung, ein 140x200 Bett, ein Sofa und einen Schreibtisch.
Allerdings werden einige meiner Umzugskartons noch in dem Zimmer stehen bleiben. Sieht nicht schön aus, lässt aber genügend Platz über. Da ich viele Zimmerpflanzen habe würde ich mir jemanden wünschen der diese für den Zeitraum gießen würde. Der Balkon geht direkt vom Zimmer ab und kann natürlich genutzt werden.
Direkt vor der Haustür fährt 2min zu Fuß die Tram M4 mit der man entweder in 10min am weißen See oder am Alexanderplatz ist. 5min zu Fuß fährt der Ring von der Greifswalderstr.
Da ich als Hauptmieterin ausziehe und der Vertrag aber erst später endet, suche ich jemanden der mit meiner derzeitigen Mitbewohnerin Juliette die Wohnung teilt.
Sie wird im Endeffekt entscheiden wer einzieht und hat daher ihren eigenen Text für die Anzeige geschrieben.
