Liebe Menschen!
Wir machen eine neue WG auf und suchen noch eine weitere Person, die ab dem 01.09. mit uns wohnen mag.
Die Wohnung liegt im Prenzlauer Berg, direkt an der Prenzlauer Allee im 2. Stock (Vorderhaus).
Es gibt drei Zimmer, deins wäre so in etwa 24 qm groß, insgesamt misst die Wohnung etwa 82 qm. Der Wohnkomplex ist gerade erst komplett saniert worden, wir werden also Erstbeziehende sein. An Riccis Zimmer grenzt ein Balkon, auch zum Vorderhaus raus, den wir alle gemeinsam nutzen wollen. Die Miete würde sich bei dir auf etwa 550€ belaufen. So ganz sicher lässt sich das noch nicht sagen, da wir die Wohnung noch nicht ausmessen konnten und den Stromvertrag noch nicht abgeschlossen haben. Auch eine Küche fehlt noch, für den Übergang bekommen wir jedoch Herd und Spüle gestellt. Sobald wir ausgemessen haben, werden wir eine Küche in Auftrag geben. Hierbei kommen keine weiteren Kosten auf dich zu. In der Übergangszeit müssen wir stark sein... Wir gehen davon aus, dass die gestellten Küchengeräte keinen Premiumwert aufweisen.
Wir wohnen aktuell in einer 6er WG in Tempelhof, die sich bald auflöst. Ricci ist 27 und Pia 25 Jahre alt und wir sind beide im Speckgürtel Berlins aufgewachsen.

Hey everyone!
Starting from September 1st we are looking for a new member to join us in our new apartment in Prenzlauer Berg - Prenzlauer Allee 174; second floor.
In total we have 3 rooms and yours would be ~ 24 m² - in total the apartment is 82 m². The whole building was just rehabilitated, hence we will be the first to move there.
The rent for you will be ~ 550 € - we will be able to give you the exact amount once we concluded an electricity contract.
Furthermore, we do not yet have a kitchen - however, we will be given a stove as well as a sink for the transition period.
There will be no further costs for you once we order a kitchen for the apartment.
Now a bit more from ourselves - currently we live in an apartment with 6 other people that will dissolve soon, hence the new project. Ricci is 27 and Pia 25 years old and we were growing up in the suburbs of Berlin. Both of us have never lived in Prenzlauer Berg before so we are looking forward to explore this part of Berlin also with you!

Zur Lage: die nächste S- Bahnstation (S Prenzlauer Allee, Ring) ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Wenn man von der Prenzlauer Allee in die nächste Querstraße einbiegt, befindet man sich geradewegs im Helmholtzkiez. Soll ganz cool sein, haben wir gehört. Wir sind selber nicht aus dem Prenzlauer Berg.

About the location: the nearest S-Bahn station (S Prenzlauer Allee, Ring) is a 5-minute walk away. If you turn from Prenzlauer Allee into the next crossroad, you are directly in the Helmholtzkiez. Should be nice we heard.
Wir wünschen uns eine Person, mit der wir uns wohlfühlen und auch zusammen was unternehmen würden. Zum Beispiel stellen wir uns vor, gemeinsam zu kochen und die Lebensmittel zu teilen. Dazu solltest du vielleicht wissen, dass wir uns vegetarisch ernähren und vorwiegend Bio-Produkte kaufen.

We are looking for a person with whom we not only share an apartment with but also live together and feel comfortable doing things together such as cooking and sharing our food. Therefore, you should know that both of us are vegetarian and we do prefer to buy mostly organic products (which is no requirement though).
Wir rechnen aufgrund der angespannten Situation des Berliner Wohnungsmarktes mit einem großen Ansturm an Anfragen. Das bedeutet, wir können nicht jeder Person eine Rückmeldung geben. Wir würden sagen, wenn du bis zum 11.08. nichts von uns gehört hast, haben wir uns wohl für eine andere Person entschieden :/.
Der nächste Schritt wäre eine Rückmeldung von uns auf dein Anschreiben mit einer Einladung zum möglichst persönlichen Gespräch.

Due to the tense situation on the Berlin market at the moment, we are expecting a huge amount of applications. This means we can't give feedback to every single person. This would mean for you that if you have not heard from us by August 11th we most likely have already decided on another person :/.
Our next step would be a response from us to your application with an invitation to a personal interview - if possible.
