Ich werde im Juni und die Hälfte des Julis im Ausland verbringen und suche für die Zeit jemanden, der mein Zimmer übernimmt. Mein (und dein potentieller) Mitbewohner macht aktuell ein Praktikum im Bereich der Finanzierung von internationalen Klimaschutzprojekten und ist 26 Jahre alt.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1. OG einer Altbauwohnung. Es ist, da es große Altbaufenster besitzt, ziemlich hell und verfügt über einen Balkon. Es hat einen Blick auf die Kreuzung Kanzowstraße und die Prenzlauer Allee. Auf den Fotos sind noch ein paar meiner persönlichen Sachen zu sehen, welche ich noch aus dem Zimmer entfernen werde (Fahrrad, Beamer, Monitore, Rudergerät). Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet inklusive Bett, Couch, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Kommode.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Utensilien, die denkbar wären (Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Eierkocher, Reiskocher, Mixer usw.). Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Badewanne und ist auch ansonsten sehr WG tauglich geschnitten. Alle 2 Wochen kommt eine Putzfrau vorbei, die Küche, Bad und Flur putzt und gelgentlich auch eines der Zimmer reinigt.
Es gibt eine große Küche mit Tisch, an dem es gelegentlich gesellige Runden gibt.

I will be spending June and half of July abroad and am looking for someone to take over my room during this time. My (and your potential) roommate is currently doing an internship in the field of financing international climate protection projects and is 26 years old.
The room is on the 1st floor of an old apartment. As it has large windows and is therefore quite bright. It has a balcony from which you can see the Kanzowstraße intersection with the Prenzlauer Allee. There are some of my personal belongings in the photos, which I will remove from the room (bicycle, projector, monitors, rowing machine). The room is rented furnished including bed, couch, closet, desk, chair and chest of drawers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you could possibly need (stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, egg stove, rice stove, blender, etc.). The apartment has a bathtub and is otherwise very suitable for a shared flat. A cleaning lady comes by every 2 weeks to clean the kitchen, bathroom and hallway and occasionally cleans one of the rooms.
There is a large kitchen with a table where you can occasionally socialize.

Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen, da die Ringbahnstation (S41/S42/S8) Prenzlauer Allee und die Straßenbahnstation (M2) nur ca. 50 m entfernt von der Haustür sind. Als Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Lidl, Penny oder Rewe innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es noch einen Späti im Haus, der 24/7 geöffnet hat. Ebenfalls im Haus gibt es einen Bäcker, falls es einen Bedarf an täglich frischen Brötchen gibt. ;)

The apartment is ideally located, as the Ringbahn station (S41/S42/S8) Prenzlauer Allee and the streetcar station (M2) are only about 50 meters from the front door. Shopping facilities such as Lidl, Penny or Rewe can be reached on foot within 3 minutes. There is also a Späti in the building, which is open 24/7. Additionally there is a bakery if you need fresh bread rolls every day ;)
Generell ist uns eine lockere entspannte WG-Atmosphäre wichtig. Dabei muss natürlich jeder die Möglichkeit haben sein eigenes Ding zu machen oder auch einfach einmal seine Ruhe zu haben. Gleichzeitig finden wir es cool, wenn man gelegentlich zusammen sitzt und sich austauscht oder auch einmal etwas zusammen unternimmt.
Es soll keine reine Zweck-WG sein.

In general, a relaxed atmosphere is important to me. Of course, everyone needs to be able to do their own thing or just have some peace and quiet. At the same time, I think it would be cool to occasionally sit together and chat or do something together.
It shouldn't be a purely functional flat share.
