Ab dem 01.09.2021 ist meine WG in Prenzlauer Berg frei. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten inklusive Strom und Internet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Storkower Straße. Ringbahn "Greifswalder Straße", Bus 200, Straßenbahn, Geschäfte und vor allem der Volkspark Friedrichshain sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Ich, Yevin, werde in der Wohnung wohnen, arbeiten, bin aber immer für gemeinsame Aktivitäten zu Haben. Bisher wurden alle Dinge im haushalt immer flexibel, unabhängig und in Absprache vereinbart, ohne dass es einen festen Plan gibt. Dies kann natürlich auch anders gehandhabt werden. Während der Besichtigung würdet ihr mich auch kennenlernen, um zu sehen, ob es passt.

From September 1st, 2021 my flat share in Prenzlauer Berg will be free. The room is fully furnished. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. The rent includes all additional costs including electricity and internet.
The apartment is located on Storkower Straße. Ringbahn "Greifswalder Straße", bus 200, tram, shops and above all the Volkspark Friedrichshain are within walking distance.
I, Yevin will be staying in the apartment, working but am always available for activities together. Up until now, all shared-sharing activities have always been agreed flexibly, independently and in consultation, without there being a fixed plan. This can of course also be handled differently. During the tour you would also get to know me to see if it fits.
