Renting a cozy room in our Co-Living building in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin.
The room has everything you need to live, work and study.
✔️ This room is located inside the Co-living building, which means you will have access to our spacious common areas, including a large kitchen and a dining/hangout area where members of our international community like to relax and hang out. All costs are included in the rent, including bills, internet, weekly cleaning and more!

Brand new furnished bedroom and common areas; Fully equipped living room and kitchen; Weekly cleaning service of the common areas ; High speed WiFi. ✔️ Located in a quite backyard in wedding, this is your ideal home to explore all the hidden gems the city has to offer. The building has a big community room with a co-working area and lots of space to hang out in. The backyard entails bike stands, lots of greenery to enjoy and one of berlin’s coolest murals. To keep things clean and tidy, you can directly use the in-house laundry facilities.

Prenzlauer Berg is one of the most popular and picturesque neighbourhoods in Berlin, especially the areas around Kollwitzplatz and Helmholtzplatz. Chock full of trendy shops, bars, restaurants and parks, there’s tons to do and see. This district has the highest density of wilhelminian style architecture in all of Germany.
🚇 Well communicated with public transport making it easy to get to any other vibrant area in Berlin.
There is a tram station right outside the door (m2), that can take you to the central square alexanderplatz in less than 5 minutes, from where it is super easy to get all around town.
👫 Flatmates
The flat will be shared with 3 other students / young professionals between 20 and 35 years old. The kitchen and bathroom for the apartment are shared but your room will be private. Very nice environment and good vibes. We are looking for someone willing to stay at least three months.
