it's 15 min walk to Alexanderplatz and 4 minutes walk to Tram M10 and 7min walk to Sbahn station. pretty chill and quiet neighbourhood.
You will be living with me, 28y/o. I am studying/working so i prefer to find someone with similar status who is not a DJ or freelancer like everyone is in berlin ;) mostly i am in the university until 4 or 5 p.m and in the evenings i usually do different things, i play football, go out for drinks with friends or just chill at home and watch something. I enjoy hanging out with the flatmates in the evening if we are both free and in the mood for it but also i respect other people's privacy and alone time if they want it. I am not a party person and this flat is not for such people as well, because we are the only students living in an appartment with all families in other floors.
We tend to keep the flat clean so we have a weekly cleaning plan to make the flat look nice. i am basically looking for someone chill and down to earth with mutual understanding and that is all for now ;)
I do not have that much time to answer everyone and give everyone an appointment( so don't take it personally). please send me a text (in english of course) tell me about yourself and what you do and all these things, i don't know... maybe attach a facebook link or something. Also a proof of income or financial support would be and advantage.
