Wir suchen eine entspannte Mitbewohnerin (Frau ab 30 Jahre) für ein 26qm Zimmer in einer 6-er WG in einer 245qm großen Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg/Mitte (liegt so auf der Grenze). Altersmäßig sind wir recht breit gefächert, 50, 46, 37, 24 und 15 (wobei Letztere, die Tochter eines Mitbewohners ist). Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, eine geräumige Küche und ein nicht soo geräumiges Bad.
We are looking for a relaxed roommate (woman, 30 years+) for a 26m2 room in a 6-person flat share in a 245m2 apartment in Prenzlauer Berg/Mitte (right at the border) . Age-wise we are quite diversified, 50, 46, 37, 24 and 15 (the latter being the daughter of one of the flatmates). There is a large living room with balcony, a spacious kitchen and a not soo spacious bathroom.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit guter Anbindung (2 min) an die U2 und M8. Zum Alexanderplatz sind es nur eine Station und auch die U8 befindet sich in Laufweite. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock des Vorderhauses und das Zimmer geht zur Straße raus. Es ist sehr hell und sonnig und ist nach Westen ausgerichtet.
The apartment is very centrally located with good connections (2 min) to the U2 and M8. To Alexanderplatz it is only one stop and also the U8 is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the third floor of the front building and the room faces the street. It is very bright and sunny and is oriented to the west.
Als Wohnform sind wir weder Zweck-WG noch Familienersatz. Jeder macht schon sein eigenes Ding, aber wir mögen uns und wenn es sich ergibt, essen wir zusammen, hängen im Wohnzimmer ab und schauen Filme. Die Wohnung ist eher vintage als totsaniert, wobei es bei der Sauberkeit keine Abstriche gibt. Wenn das für dich interessant klingt, schreib doch mal eine Mail und schau es dir an.
We are neither a crash pad nor a family replacement. Everyone does their own thing, but we like each other and sometimes we eat together, hang out in the living room and watch movies.
