The apartment is in a central position and has all you need: fully equipped kitchen (with Dolce gusto Coffee machine, Microwave, toaster, griller, Dishwasher as extras), one bedroom with 32" TV, garderobe, one really spacious living room with 55" TV and sofa-bed, one small single room with a loftbed (all yours!) and spacious bathroom with tub.

Some facts about me:
- I’m a sociable introvert: I’d love to spend quality time with you! But I am also fine with you wanting to spend some time in the privacy of your room, because I also need time to recharge sometimes!
- I love strolling around and discovering new places (cultural ones such as museums and landmarks as well as cute little nice shops), cooking, reading, watching films and TV series
- Not a big party-goer and I don’t smoke, but you can do whatever! For the well-being of the apartment itself though, parties in the apartment are not allowed and if you smoke, you could do that on the balcony. No pets, I love them but they unfortunately are not allowed.
I’m ideally looking for a girl roommate as I would feel more comfortable, but I’m open to other options!
