Die Wohnung ist 140m2 groß, modern und hochwertig ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht inkl. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspülmaschine, 2 Bädern, Dusche, Badewanne, Hanteln, Rudermaschine und Indoor-Fahrrad. Die Putzfrau kommt einmal pro Woche und ist im Mietpreis inbegriffen.

Cosy, bright, quiet room in the best location in Prenzlauer Berg. One of the highlights is that we have our own garden and this room has its own access. The apartment is 140m2 in size, modern and equipped with everything you need, including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, shower, bathtub, dumbbells, rowing machine and indoor bike. The cleaning lady comes once a week and is included in the rent.
Direkt vor der Haustür sind diverse Cafes, Restaurants, Bäckerei, Geschäfte etc. die S-Bahn-Station Prenzlauer Berg ist 5min fußläufig, genauso wie zwei Supermärkte. Außerdem gibt es zwei Tram-Stationen in der Nähe und es gibt viele Parkplätze. Der Helmholtzplatz und das Planetarium sind weniger als 5 Minuten entfernt.

Various cafes, restaurants, bakeries, shops, etc. are right outside the front door. The Prenzlauer Berg S-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk, as are two supermarkets. There are also two tram stations nearby and there is plenty of parking. Helmholtzplatz and the planetarium are less than 5 minutes away.
Das WG-Leben ist super, es handelt sich um keine Zweck-WG. Ich vermiete mein Zimmer unter weil ich verreise. Die Mitbewohner sind 25, 28 und 32 Jahre alt, ein Startup-Gründer, ein Programmierer und ein VC-Investor. Alle sind freundlich, intelligent, humorvoll und entspannt - wenn du ähnlich tickst, wirst du hier eine super Zeit haben.
