The apartment is in the middle of Berlin - in the beautiful Prenzlauer Berg.
There are many cafes, great restaurants and a very nice neighbourhood.
Public transport is within 3 min walking distance and Alexanderplatz is only 3 stations away.
Ich bin 25 Jahre alt, habe mein eigener kleines Gewerbe und bin dabei meinen Bachelor zu beenden. Ich habe einen super süßen kleinen Hund (Lino). Mit ihm darfst du jederzeit spielen und ausgehen, wenn du möchtest. Ich koche unglaublich gerne, weshalb die Küche immer sauber gehalten werden soll! Generell ist mir Sauberkeit sehr wichtig. Wir wechseln uns wöchentlich ab die Wohnung Grund zu putzen - bedeutet Bad, Flur und Küche müssen gesaugt, geputzt und gewischt werden. Dein Zimmer kannst du so behandeln wie du möchtest. Mir gehts um die Räume, die wir gemeinsam nutzen. Wenn du nicht gerne Sauber machst, dann reicht es, wenn du einmal im Monat eine Putzhilfe organisierst. Ich spiele unglaublich gerne Gesellschaftsspiele, rauche, trinke ab und zu und gehe gerne raus in die umliegenden Parks. Bin eine sehr gesellige Person und harmoniebedürftig. Ich bin nicht sehr scheu und freu mich immer über eine offene Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe :)

I am 25 years old, have my own small business and am finishing my bachelor's degree. I have a super cute little dog (Lino). You can play with him and go out anytime you want. I love cooking incredibly much, which is why the kitchen should always be kept clean! In general, cleanliness is very important to me. We take turns weekly to clean the apartment ground - means bathroom, hallway and kitchen must be vacuumed, cleaned and wiped. You can treat your room as you like. I am concerned with the rooms that we share. If you don't like cleaning, it's enough to organize a cleaning help once a month. I love playing board games, smoking, drinking from time to time and going out to the surrounding parks. Am a very sociable person and in need of harmony. I am not very shy and always happy to have an open communication at eye level :)
