Ich biete vom 08. April - 04. Mai mein möbliertes Zimmer in einer 2er-WG an.
Mein Zimmer ist 16qm groß und hat u.a. ein 1,40m breites Bett, Schreibtisch, SmartTV etc. Die Wohnung hat Wasch- und Spülmaschine, WLAN, ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Couch und einem alten Klavier.
I'm offering my furnished room in a 2-person flatshare from 8th of April to 4th of May.
My room is 16sm, has a big bed, desk, smart tv etc. The flat has a washing machine, a dishwasher, Wifi and a small living room with a couch and an old piano.
My flatmate is 24 and circus artist, she's an outgoing person and always up for a cup of tea or a glass of wine in the kitchen.
We're vegan non-smokers and would appreciate no smoking and no cooking meat in our flat, we simply don't like the smell. :o)
Die Wohnung liegt in Pankow, Grenze Prenzlauerberg. Man läuft 1 min zur U-Bahn und Tram, von da ist man in 2 Minuten am Ring und in 10 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz. Zum Supermarkt und zur Bar an der Ecke läuft man auch nur eine halbe Minute.
The flat is located in Pankow, near Prenzlauerberg. Subway and tram are in 1-minute walking distance, from there it takes 2 minutes to the Ringbahn and 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz. Supermarket and bar are 30 seconds away.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist 24 und Zirkusartistin, sehr aufgeschlossen und immer für einen Tee oder Wein in der Küche zu haben.
Wir hätten gern, dass in der Wohnung nicht geraucht und auch nicht unbedingt Fleisch gebraten wird, weil wir vegan essen und den Geruch nicht so mögen. :o)
Die Miete für den Zeitraum wären 300€ (+ eine Kaution von 150€).
Bei Interesse an einem kürzeren Zeitraum, an Fotos des Zimmers oder anderen Fragen, schreibt mir einfach. :o)
