WG- Zimmer am Volkspark Friedrichshain

1-2 Monate im Prenzlauer Berg/Friedrichshain (am Volkspark Friedrichshain)

Du suchst noch dringend ein Zimmer in Berlin für Mai (und eventuell Juni/Juli)? Dann lies dir gerne die folgende Beschreibung durch und melde dich bei mir (:
Da meine Mitbewohnerin wegen ihres Praktikums aus Berlin wegziehen muss, wird in unser 2er WG am Volkspark Friedrichshain ein Zimmer frei.
Mein Mietvertrag läuft im Juli aus, aber eventuell ziehe ich schon früher aus der Wohnung aus, da ich im Juni und Juli eventuell nicht in Berlin bin. Das ist aber alles noch nicht ganz sicher. Daher kann es auch sein, dass du auch noch Juni und eventuell noch Juli hierbleiben könntest. Das kann ich aber erst so Mitte Mai sagen.
Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, aber eigentlich passt alles rein was man braucht. Die Möbel auf dem Foto (also das Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderstange) können übernommen werden. Die könntest du dann später gerne mitnehmen oder einfach auf eBay Kleinanzeigen weiterverkaufen.
Das Zimmer hat hohe Fenster und einen Blick auf den Hinterhof und ist deswegen auch sehr ruhig. Im Hinterhof kann man auch super picknicken.

Die Lage der WG ist echt super, da die nahelegenden Trams in alle Richtung fahren. Die M10, M5, M6 und M8 sind nur ca. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt und die Ringbahn ca. 8 min. Mit der Tram bist du an der Warschauer Straße in 14 min, am Boxhagener Platz in 18 min, am Alexanderplatz in 18 min, am Mauerpark in 22 min und am Hauptbahnhof in 30 min.
Ich (Laura, 24) bleibe hier wohnen und bin immer zu haben für Picknicks im Park, spontane Ausflüge, Wein und Kunst Abende, etc. Ich schreibe momentan meine Bachelorarbeit und genieße die immer wärmeren Frühlingstage in Berlin.

Strom und Internet sind leider nicht in den Nebenkosten. Du müsstest dann noch so ca. 25 für den Strom und ca. 15 für das Internet einberechnen.

Are you currently looking for a room in Berlin for may (and potentially June/Juli) ? If so, then please read the description below and message me if you are interested (:
As my flatmate is moving out of our shared apartment because of an internship she got in a different city, a room in our 2-person flat share near Volkspark Friedrichshain is going to be vacant.
My rental contact is expiring in the end of July but I am not yet sure if I will be in Berlin in June and Juli. Therefore, it might be possible for you to stay longer (I will know by mid-may).
The room itself is pretty small but fits everything essential. The furniture depicted in the photo (the bed, desk, clothes rail) can be taken over. Later on, you can take them with you or just sell them on eBay Kleinanzeigen.
The room has a window facing the backyard and is pretty quiet. The backyard is also great for picknicks !
The flat is well connected to Berlin´s public transportation. The trams are basically driving in all directions needed. The M10, M5, M6 and the M8 are basically only five minutes by foot and the Ringbahn (S41/42) is 8 min by foot. The Boxhagener Platz, filled with great restaurants, pubs and nightlife, is only 18 min by public transport. You can also reach Mauerpark in 22 min and the central station in 30 min.
I (Laura, 24) am going to be staying in the apartment. I am always down for spontaneous trips exploring the city, picknicks in the park, art and wine nights …
I am currently writing my bachelors thesis while still trying to soak up the sun and enjoy spring.

The furniture would be around 180 (but we can still talk about that as well (: )

And Internet would be 15 and electricity around 25 additional to the ancillary costs.
