Hello everyone,
We have a free room to offer in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg.
We are a former hostel, which is why this is a commercial property, so is not a classical WG or sharing house.
There are around 20 rooms in the building.
All rooms are fully furnished but differ from room to room. So maybe the pictures are not exactly the same as the room.
There is always one bathroom used by two rooms, for which the tenants of both rooms are responsible to clean.
We have a community kitchen on the ground floor of the building.
The rent is 600€ per month, plus 250€ deposit, which you get back on the day you move out (if you didn´t destroy anything). The price includes everything, plus WIFI, fresh sheets every two weeks. You are responsible for keeping everything clean yourself.
It is possible to get registration/ Anmeldung if you need, but only if you de unregistration/ Abmeldung when you move out. We are going to need proof of that, or you won´t get you deposit back.
