Bei mir ist ein schönes helles WG Zimmer frei für ein und halb Monat. (15 Dez. bis 30 Jan.)
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 650 Euro/monat da ist alles drin.
Mein Loft liegt sehr zentral .Gute Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Zu Bahn oder S-bahn Schönhauser Allee braucht man 4 Minuten.
Sie wären mir Dir zu 2. Ich habe 2 Monate Urlaub und möchte ein bisschen reisen.

Oskar ist 26 aus Schweden er arbeitet mit Künstler in die Musikindustrie und spielt gerne Platten
Er ist sauber, Respektvoll und unkompliziert.

Mein Loft ist sehr geil und befindet sich in einen Kiezbekannte unrenoviertes Fabrikgebäude im Gleimkiez.
Es ist sehr hell und hat ein tolles Fernblick. Charmante ja, aber keine fancy loft zu erwarten! still oldschool ;)
Die Zimmer ist riesig um 25qm und kommt wie abgebildet (ohne meine Sachen)
Pärchen, Muttis mit Kinder und Heustiere sind willkommen.
Bitte auch etwas zu dir schreiben wer du bist, wie alt, was du machst ,was sind deine Interessen, was du gerne machst .

Hi guys,
I have a room free for 1 1/2 months starting from 15th of December to end of January in my Loft in Prenzlberg.
The rent is 650/month all inclusive.
The loft is very central. 4 min walk to the station s+u Schönhauser Allee, in 5 more min you're at Alex
It's a 2 people WG, i'm Italian (42) going in holiday.
I'm looking for someone kind to share my place with my roommate
Oskar is (26) Swedish, he works in the music industry and enjoy to play records at home
He's clean, respectful and uncomplicated to live with.
The room comes furnished as you can see in the pictures but without my personal things.
It's very big (around 25sqm)
The place is iconic in my hood and is a very charming old factory still in 1990 condition with a great view and is very bright.
Please consider it's an oldschool place, old floors, the shower is in the main room. No fancy flex loft, rather the real old school deal. Maybe not for everyone. Also not possible to get the Anmeldung here.
Couple, single mums and pets are welcome.
