Ich biete: 1 Zimmer, ca. 20qm, mit Stuck und Fischgrätparkett in einer wunderschönen Altbauwohnung. Das Zimmer hat einen Erker und ist hell, in ruhiger Lage. 3 phantastische Mitbewohnerinnen, Frau 43 und zwei Kinder, 6 und 2.
Suche: kommunikative, selbstständige, offene Mitbewohnerin, die Lust hat, mit Kindern zu wohnen und manchmal auf sie aufzupassen. Kein Au Pair oder Kindersitter gesucht, aber die Bereitschaft, im Notfall mal einzuspringen. Gemeinsame Kochabende wären toll, ökologisches Interesse und Ernährungsweise wünschenswert aber kein Muss. Nichtraucherin, keine Tiere, außer vielleicht Goldfische, bitte ;-)
Wenn die Kinder in der Schule und Kita oder beim Vater sind, hast du Ruhe, wenn sie zu Hause sind, ist es laut und lebendig und so soll es auch sein. Wenn du darauf Lust hast und Interesse an einer längerfristigen Wohngemeinschaft, melde dich gerne. Wir freuen uns, dich kennenzulernen.

I offer 1 room, ca. 20qm, with ornaments and wooden floor in a Gründerzeit building. The room is bright and in a quiet neighbourhood. 3 amazing flatmates, woman 43 and two kids, 6 and 2.
I'm looking for: communicative, open, selfrelying person, who likes to live together with kids and who is willing to look after them once in a while. Not looking for an Au Pair or kindersitter, but the willingness to jump in, if needed. Cooking evenings are great, ecological interest and diet adorable but no must. Non- smoking and no pets, please.
When the kids are at school and Kindergarten or with their father, you will have quietness, when they are at home, it is loud and lifely and that's how it should be.
