Hey guys, we are two friends looking for a new tenant to share our beautiful and super bright rooftop apartment in Prenzlauer-Berg from July 2023. We are pretty laid-back, outgoing and like sharing a beer together on our big balcony and cook food, go to a bar or an event together in the evenings (when we're not still at the office). 😊
This apartment is brand new and the kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, micro-wave oven, and an extractor hood.
Possibility to get a registration after the summer (as we will renew the main contract with the landlord).
We will hold an apartment viewing in the weekend 20th and 21st of May (exact time to be confirmed).

Hey Leute, wir sind twei Freunde und suchen einen neuen mieter für unsere schöne und super helle Dachgeschosswohnung in Prenzlauer-Berg. Wir sind ziemlich entspannt, kontaktfreudig und lieben es, gemeinsam ein Bier auf unserem großen Balkon zu trinken und abends (wenn wir nicht gerade im Büro sind) gemeinsam zu kochen, in eine Bar oder auf eine Veranstaltung zu gehen 😊.
Die Wohnung ist brandneu und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Dunstabzugshaube.
Möglichkeit, eine Registrierung nach dem Sommer zu erhalten (da wir den Hauptvertrag mit dem Vermieter verlängern werden)
Wir werden eine Wohnung Besichtigung dieser Wochenende 20 und 21 Mai (exact time to be confirmed)
