I rent my central room for 3,5weeks. :)

I am looking for a quiet and trustworthy person. And someone who pays attention to cleanliness and order in the bathroom and kitchen, so that my flat mate Vicky, during the days she’s in the flat too, does not feel disturbed.

I rented the room already many times and so far, everyone really loved it!
The flat and the area are an absolute dream! :-) Best area, best public transport connection, awesome view and the coolest flat mate you can imagine. Vicky will be gone half of the time, so you will have the entire flag for yourself then.
My room is furnished and has a big roof top. The room includes: 1.40 bed, desk with usable screen, enough space for clothes and other stuff. Most of my personal stuff will be in the basement, so you will have a clean and nice space to enjoy yourself.
PS. Only on the pictures the table stands in the middle, normally on the side, so there is a lot of space in the middle.
The rest of the flat includes: a kitchen with all you need ( refrigerator, storage space, cofeemaker, water boiler, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, mixer etc..) and a bathroom with shower, large corner bathtub and a washing mashine.
Nice plus about the area: Lidl (cheap big supermarket) is 2m away. :-)
In the backyard there is space for bicycles.
