The room is very spacious and comfortable to live/work in. It is very bright due to the many windows! All in all the room is located in an exceptional area. This offer is only up here because I’m going on a work trip and won’t be on here again soon.
The sealing is beautifully decorated, the room is furnished with a extremely comfy bed and wooden carpet.

Das Zimmer ist sehr weiträumig und gemütlich zum wohnen/arbeiten. Durch die vielen Fenster ist dazu noch sehr gut beleuchtet! Insgesamt kann man sagen, dass das Zimmer sich in einer perfekten Lage befindet. Diese Anzeige wird nur hochgeladen, weil ich mich in dem genannten Zeitraum auf einer Arbeitsreise befinde und es höchstwahrscheinlich nicht mehr in absehbarer auf dem Markt sein wird.
Die Decke ist mit Stuck bekleidet, das Zimmer möbliert mit einem sehr gemütlichen Bett zum schlafen und schönem Parkettboden.

The day to day life is very chill! We are all working either on projects or at different type of jobs. We keep things clean and tidy which is a MUST if you like to stay here.
Important to know is that underneath us is a very crowded bar that can get noisy at the weekend. I guess it’s part of the Berlin experience.
Das Alltagsleben ist bei uns ziemlich entspannt. Wir alle arbeiten an eigenen Projekten in verschiedenen Firmen. Wir halten die Wohnung ordentlich und sauber was ein MUSS ist wenn du hier wohnen möchtest.
Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass unter der Wohnung eine sehr beliebte Bar ist die am Wochenende mal lauter werden kann. In einer gewissen Art und Weise ist das Teil der Berlin Erfahrung.
