Hello everyone,
For the month of June We have a free room to offer Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg.
We are a former hostel, which is why this is a commercial property, so this is not a classical WG or sharing house.
There is always one bathroom used by two rooms / person, for which the people living in these rooms are responsible to clean. Each room as to clean the bathroom and hall every two weeks. If they do not clean we charge them 20€ and at the third time they will be asked to leave.
We have a community kitchen space to sit and eat on the ground floor of the building.
The rent is 600€ per month, plus 250€ deposit, which you get back on the day you move out (if you didn´t destroy anything). The price includes WIFI and fresh sheets every two weeks. You are responsible for keeping everything clean yourself.
It is possible to get registration/ Anmeldung if you need, but only if you do unregistration/ Abmeldung when you move out. We are going to need proof of that, or you won´t get your deposit back.
