ABOUT FLAT / ROOM
The available room is €560 warm rent, including: Water, Electricity, Internet. Only extra cost, GEZ (standard required household TV/radio tax). It is fully furnished by the landlord, including: Bed with mattress (140 x 200cm), Bedside Table, Large Wardrobe, Desk with chair, Floor lamp, Carpet, Curtains. I am looking for someone to take on the new lease from October 1.
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, oven and stove top, washing machine, kettle, and all basics, plates, etc.), and there is a dining table space to make yourself at home. The shared bathroom has storage shelving, and there is also a cellar and secure space for a bike within courtyard. Long term lease with registration (anmeldung) possible.
IMPORTANT:
The minimum rental period is 12 months. If you choose to move out earlier, a replacement must be found or a payment of 1 years rent is required (this is outlined by the owner in the lease agreement).
