Renting out my room for 20 days while I'm on vacation in a two floor, shared flat. You'd stay with my roommate and buddy Ryan.
I'll be gone from November 19 until December 9, and would be aiming to rent the flat for the whole duration. Looking for 750 EUR for 20 nights.
The apartment has 2 floors - a big kitchen and living room and a bathroom downstairs, and the 2 bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs. You would have the downstairs bathroom all for yourself during your stay. There is also a washing machine and a drier in the downstairs bathroom you can use.
In your room there's a king size bed, a desk, a mirror, a plant (pls water it once or twice :)), and some wardrobe space for you.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven and an induction stove downstairs.
Big couch, TV with an Xbox and Netflix and all that in the living room. There's a dining table as well if you'll be cooking at home!
We also have basement storage space if that's something you might need.
There's also a balcony in the living room that you can use. Smoking allowed only on the balcony, please.
The last 2 pictures of the bathroom would be your private bathroom.

Apartment is a 5 min walk from Kollwitzmarkt, right in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg.
Since the house is in the back garden, it's extremely quiet and you can sleep peacefully :)
The Tram stop is a 4 min walk away and takes you directly to Alexanderplatz in 10 mins.
In the area there's plenty of cafes and restaurants, ranging from a quick bite to fine dining! Happy to recommend something, let me know if interested :)
Flatmate Ryan is a consultant and leads a calm and decent living! He usually goes to the office most days of the week, with one or two days working from home.
We don't host parties or anything of the sort in the apartment, so it's usually very calm.
He's originally from South Africa and is a laid back dude :)
Ideal move in date - Nov 19 in the morning. I have to leave for the airport at 12pm, so ideally you would come before then.
I am coming back on Dec 9 in the afternoon around 3pm, so we could do the handover then. If you'd like to leave earlier, you can of course do the checkout and give the key to my flatmate.
